Trust Board of Directors Meeting Rescheduled to July

Please note that the Trust Board of Directors meeting set for June 26, 2015 has been rescheduled.  The meeting will now be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 from 8:00 AM to noon at the Metropolitan Planning Council. Please check the Trust’s website for any further scheduling changes.

Park District Enters ESA Agreement with Trust

The Chicago Park District Board of Commissioners, on January 14, 2015, authorized an Intergovernmental Agreement with the Chicago Infrastructure Trust to provide energy efficiency services to up to 68 parks districtwide.  The Trust, as project owner, will undertake the development, acquisition, and construction of the project with the District’s obligation limited to the energy savings produced by the project through an Energy Savings Agreement (ESA) structure.
