Trust Updates Housing Initiative to FIT Homes

RFP for Auditing Services Posted
The Trust has posted an RFP for auditing services. Our goal is to select an independent auditor to plan and perform an audit in accordance with GAAP, GAAS and GAGAS from the Trust’s inception in April 2012 through the end of 2013. Independent Financial Advisor Assessment of Retrofit One
In preparation for upcoming City Council and Finance Committee meetings, in accordance with City of Chicago Executive Order No. 2012-1, Phoenix Capital Partners, LLP, has submitted an independent financial advisor assessment for Retrofit One.
